All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on fluctuations in carrier rates, fuel surcharges, exchange rates, and other factors beyond our control. Final pricing will be confirmed at time of booking.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• New clients must pay 50% deposit upon booking, balance due before shipment release
• Established clients with credit terms must pay within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month

5. Liability

Our liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for delays caused by weather, customs, strikes, or other force majeure events
• Maximum liability for loss or damage is limited to the lesser of the cargo's value or $50 per shipment unless additional insurance is purchased
• We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages

The following items are prohibited from shipment through our services: illegal drugs, weapons, hazardous materials without proper documentation, counterfeit goods, and any items prohibited by origin/destination countries.
